Refund Policy

1. Order Modifications

After your order has been placed, you have 4 hours to contact us and request order modifications or a cancellation. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Order not delivered

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement or refund.

(Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order (s) and / or missed parcel deliveries.).

3. Exchanges

We only Reshipment the items if you are defective or damaged. Please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of fulfillment before we can send you a new tracking number

Step-by-step Return Instruction

Step 1 - Email

Contacting our customer service team is required for any returns at support@tore.mobi with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the damaged area of the item, our customer services will reply you within 24 hours (Weekends and holidays are not included) and will send you the Return Instruction details by email to help you return and refund.

Step 2 - Return

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date your package received.

The product is unwashed, unworn and unused.

Please note that you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Then send your package to the following address:

Step 3 - Refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

PayPal - The refund could be taken 2-3 business days to display in your statement.

Credit Card - The refund could be taken 7-10 business days to display in your statement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
